Important Information
Music
Music packets will be mailed to you upon acceptance of your application. Purchase price of music packet
is included in your tuition.
New Editing Procedure!
Editing of music must be completed prior to the first rehearsal. This may be done at your own convenience,
using the editing master posted on the “Singers Only” section of our website. Instructions
will be included with your music packet. If you do not have access to the web, you may edit at 1:00
p.m. on the opening day of the workshop.
Scores will be checked at registration. Anyone failing to complete this prior to the first
rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the workshop.
Accessibility
Both the the rehearsal space at St. John’s and the performance at St. Joseph Cathedral are accessible
by ramp, and are air-conditioned. Please be aware that all singers will be required to climb stairs
to reach the choir loft in the cathedral.
Concert dress
Women – white blouse (not sleeveless), long black skirt or black dress pants, black shoes Men – white
dress shirt, long tie, black dress slacks, black socks & black shoes.
Attendance
Attendance is mandatory at all rehearsals and the performance, and will be checked.
Tuition
Payment of tuition or acceptance of a student scholarship constitutes a commitment to full participation
in the workshop. Payments are nonrefundable.
CEU Credit
Some institutions have awarded CEU credit for attendance in this workshop.
