Event Policies
Tickets Required – A valid ticket is required for each attendee, regardless of age. Patrons who purchase tickets via Vendini may show a printed ticket or an electronic ticket (e.g. on mobile device).
Seating and Late Arrivals – Seating begins 45 minutes prior to the start of each performance. As a courtesy to the performers and the audience, patrons arriving after a performance has begun or returning late after intermission has ended will be seated at the discretion of the ushers. No discounts can be extended for late arrivals.
Sold-Out Events – In the event that a concert sells out, CONCORA will make a good-faith effort to notify the public immediately, using all available channels (website, email, social media, message on CONCORA’s office voicemail, etc.)
Cancellations, Delays, and Postponements – Should conditions require a cancellation, delay of start time, or postponement to a future date, CONCORA will communicate the decision immediately to ticket-holders and the general public through all available channels (website, email, social media, message on office voicemail, etc.) We will inform the host venue and will, if conditions permit, arrange for informational signs to be posted at the venue. When possible, CONCORA schedules alternative dates (“snow dates”) for events held during the winter months. If CONCORA reschedules an event to the designated snow date or to another later date, all tickets that had been purchased for the original date will be honored for the postponed event. Remaining tickets will be on sale to the general public.
