A Bernstein Choral Centenary

This is such terrific music! Representing Bernstein's life in the theater, we will sing music from West Side Story, Wonderful Town, Peter Pan, and Candide. We will also perform an abridged version of Bernstein Mass, one of the most significant choral works of the 20th century.

CONCORA’s Summer Festival offers amateur singers an opportunity to rehearse, learn, and perform with CONCORA during a week of exceptional music-making, with uplifting repertoire, and high artistic standards in a relaxed atmosphere. In evening and weekend sessions, participants rehearse with Artistic Director Chris Shepard and an ensemble of CONCORA’s professional singers. The Festival will conclude with this fantastic concert on August 4, 2018 at 4pm. Join us!
